Financial Administrator (Banking Reconciliation Clerk)

 MUST BE ITC CLEAR!!!!

Reporting to the Banking Manager, you will be responsible for:

Bank Account reconciliations (Orion System/Manual)

Cash Management;

Month end procedures;

Processing ADI journals;

Bank charges; & Credit Card Commission reconciliations;

Reimbursing overseas Consultants Bank account;

Dealing with Stores, Customers & Banks;

Processing payments on Fraxion;

Petty Cash for H/O.

 Minimum 2 years reconciliations experience.

You should have matric, completed a bookkeeping course or equivalent, and have relevant accounting experience in a banking department. In addition, you should have worked on a financial package.

 

In addition you should display:

High attention to detail;

Accuracy;

Good Communication skills.

Strong PC literacy;

The ability to remain calm and focussed under pressure 

 

Remuneration:

R7000.00 to R8500.00
